Mid-level Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain applications while ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and software design.

• Implement features according to both business and technical specifications.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of solutions.

• Actively engage in agile ceremonies, collaborating with the team to define optimal solutions.

• Work collaboratively to address and resolve technical challenges.

• Assist with process automation, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and automated testing.

• Ensure the quality and efficiency of project deliverables.

• Operate as necessary in one or more areas: backend, frontend, or full-stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or a degree in any field accompanied by a postgraduate qualification in IT (minimum of 360 hours).

• Proven experience in software development, with expertise in at least one programming language.

• Understanding of API development.

• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with version control systems, specifically Git.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with best practices in software quality, automated testing, and CI/CD.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills, along with an ability to work well in teams and practice active listening.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of time management with a focus on results.

• Demonstrates proactivity, adaptability, a commitment to continuous learning, and a strong sense of accountability.
