Mid-level Software Developer (Analyst)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze, develop, maintain, and enhance systems and Artificial Intelligence solutions utilizing Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

• Engage with users to collect and understand requirements.

• Assist in the design of solutions.

• Ensure that business requirements are in sync with the technological solutions implemented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to Information Technology.

• Proven experience in systems analysis and development using Python, including design patterns, asynchronous programming, and best practices.

• Extensive experience in developing REST APIs and microservices with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, and Django.

• Advanced understanding of artificial intelligence concepts.

• Familiarity with machine learning models, including Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM.

• Knowledge of generative models and large language models (LLMs), including tools like Hugging Face, OpenAI, LangChain, and Transformers.

• Understanding of fine-tuning techniques, embeddings, vectorization, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Experience in data manipulation and processing utilizing Pandas and NumPy.

• Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with containerization and automation tools such as Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD practices.

• Strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, teamwork, dedication, organization, and proactive attitude.
