Mid Level ServiceNow Developer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain the ServiceNow platform.

• Work alongside teams to identify business requirements and technical solutions.

• Spearhead the customization and development of ServiceNow applications.

• Develop and refine applications using platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Salesforce, and Tableau.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Platform Architects, and Business Analysts.

• Create, execute, and document test cases for new features.

• Use standard ARL development tools including Jira and GitLab.

• Guide and mentor ServiceNow Developers.

• Oversee business system applications and their software capabilities.

• Ensure adherence to the Risk Management Framework and carry out unit/regression testing.

• Manage source code, scripts, diagrams, and documentation for various systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Required to successfully pass a background check and obtain a DoD clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Developer with practical development skills.

• Minimum requirement: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA).

• Preferred qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

• Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform components, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Portal.

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.

• Thorough knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently or collaboratively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively working with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
