This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engaging in proactive prospecting and comprehensive lead qualification (both outbound and inbound)
• Facilitating strategic discussions with key decision-makers
• Thoroughly diagnosing the needs and challenges of leads
• Arranging highly qualified meetings for the sales team
• Developing and refining cadences, scripts, and methodologies
• Effectively managing CRM systems, data, and conversion metrics
• Producing insights and recommendations to enhance the sales funnel
• Providing training, support, and mentorship to junior Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) when needed
• Enhancing the predictability and quality of the sales pipeline
• Demonstrated experience as an SDR, in pre-sales, or in B2B prospecting
• Capability to engage in high-level commercial discussions with decision-makers
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in prospecting metrics
• Exceptional organizational skills, process management, and operational discipline
• Capacity to work independently and make informed decisions
• Effective communication, persuasive abilities, and emotional intelligence
• Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools
• Results-driven profile with a history of achieving strong outcomes
• Experience in digital marketing, agencies, or B2B services
• Proven track record of executing high-performance multichannel cadences
