This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and connect with potential clients (clinics and healthcare professionals) through email, phone, social media, and various other channels.
• Assess leads based on the ideal profile and pave the way for conversion: grasp their needs, context, and challenges.
• Arrange meetings and transition qualified leads to the sales team.
• Cultivate and follow up with leads, fostering relationships with empathy and professionalism.
• Log and manage interactions and data within the CRM/automation system, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to enhance messaging, funnels, and overall results.
• Consistently seek opportunities for improvement: test strategies, provide feedback, and recommend enhancements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating empathy and clarity.
• A proactive, resilient individual with a strong focus on results and targets.
• Organized and disciplined to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups effectively.
• Capability to learn and utilize CRM, automation tools, and other internal systems.
• A genuine desire to learn about the healthcare sector and comprehend the challenges faced by those served — this is essential.
• While extensive experience is not mandatory, previous experience in sales, customer service, or prospecting will be appreciated.
