This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a client portfolio with an emphasis on retention, relationship cultivation, and revenue growth;
• Engage in a consultative approach to comprehend clients' challenges, objectives, and requirements;
• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products, services, and complementary modules;
• Schedule regular follow-up meetings to assess results and strategically align with clients;
• Foster and enhance long-term relationships with key decision-makers;
• Identify new demands and opportunities within designated accounts;
• Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM, documenting interactions, negotiations, and opportunities;
• Collaborate with Project, Support, and other teams to guarantee a positive customer experience;
• Assist in activation campaigns, new product launches, and initiatives aimed at boosting platform adoption;
• Take part in events, trade shows, and company networking functions.
• A bachelor's degree or higher.
• Prior experience as a Farmer, Account Executive, Account Manager, or in similar account-management positions.
• Background in consultative sales and B2B customer relationship management.
• Experience managing large accounts or strategic clients.
• Familiarity with ERP or enterprise management software.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to attend in-person events in São Paulo.
