Mid-level Performance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Paid Traffic Management: Strategically plan, execute, and enhance campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, with a continuous focus on maintaining healthy CAC, LTV, and generating a qualified pipeline;

• HubSpot Expertise: Oversee operational processes, develop automation workflows, set up nurturing relationships, and guarantee data integrity along with performance reporting within the platform;

• Practical Use of Artificial Intelligence: Leverage AI tools to expedite A/B testing, generate copy variations, analyze extensive data sets, and scale operations efficiently;

• B2B SaaS Focus: Gain a profound understanding of our customers’ journey, engaging not only in acquisition but also in retention, cross-selling, and transforming one-time customers into recurring revenue (MRR);

• Analysis and Governance: Convert disjointed data into actionable insights by integrating HubSpot data with media platforms to ensure that every Brazilian real invested yields a measurable return.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in managing paid traffic;

• Proven experience in the B2B SaaS sector, with an understanding of long-funnel dynamics, MQLs, SQLs, and MRR;

• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (Marketing Hub and its integration with Sales);

• Fluent in utilizing Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance marketing productivity;

• Highly analytical and data-driven profile with strong problem-solving capabilities;

• Demonstrated ability to manage oneself and communicate results clearly;

• Experience in operating within multi-brand ecosystems;

• Background in working in split squads such as Growth/Ops and Product/Branding;

• Familiarity with sales intelligence tools (e.g., Gong or similar).
