Mid-level Media Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement paid media campaigns with moderate supervision.

• Track campaign performance and provide insights for necessary adjustments.

• Assist in the creation of media plans and presentations.

• Conduct A/B tests and document the findings.

• Facilitate collaboration with internal teams and clients.

• Generate comprehensive reports that include performance analysis.

• Identify opportunities for optimization through data analysis.

• Execute analyses in analytics tools and report pertinent KPIs.

• Maintain an analytical perspective on the outcomes and actions taken by the company or client.

• Prepare media results presentations and reports for stakeholders.

• Create projections for paid media outcomes.

• Oversee requests and deliverables.

• Manage and analyze tags and pixels on paid media platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with partners and clients.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, business administration, or equivalent fields.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in client service.

• Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).

• Background in managing paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, among others).

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating effective time and priority management.

• Ability to navigate dynamic projects across various segments while adapting to changing directions.

• Competence in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.

• Understanding of key performance indicators such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, and CTR.
