Mid-level Intelligent Automation Analyst – Python, Generative AI, Autonomous Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain process automations utilizing Python.

• Design and deploy AI agents using CrewAI.

• Develop workflows and applications based on LLMs through LangChain.

• Integrate AI solutions with internal APIs and corporate systems.

• Build solutions hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform.

• Identify potential areas for automation and process improvement.

• Engage in requirements gathering with business stakeholders.

• Ensure the quality, scalability, and governance of the solutions developed.

• Produce technical documentation and disseminate knowledge within the team.

• Stay updated on trends and best practices regarding Generative AI, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation.

• Proficient in English (direct interaction with global teams).

• Professional experience in Python development.

• Understanding of API development and system integration.

• Experience in process automation and designing automated workflows.

• Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks for LLM-oriented applications.

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

• Proficiency in Git and version control best practices.

• Knowledge of software architecture and development methodologies.

• Analytical skills to comprehend business processes and suggest enhancements.
