Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer – .NET, Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement scalable multi-tenant SaaS applications utilizing .NET, Angular, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and AWS.

• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for features, encompassing domain modeling, backend services, frontend implementation, automated testing, deployment, and production support.

• Produce production-ready code by leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and workflows based on Replit.

• Collaborate with Architects to establish application architecture and verify technical strategies through Proofs of Concept.

• Design systems employing Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, Backend-for-Frontend, and API Gateway patterns.

• Create modern Angular applications utilizing standalone components, Signals, RxJS, Reactive Forms, and reusable UI architectures.

• Develop efficient database models and enhance SQL performance for high-volume SaaS applications.

• Implement scalable integration, messaging, and distributed system patterns.

• Diagnose complex production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and enhance system reliability and performance.

• Mentor engineers by providing architectural guidance, technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

• Promote best practices regarding quality, automation, security, observability, and AI-driven software development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Background as a Principal Engineer, Lead Engineer, Software Architect, or a similar technical leadership position.

• Expert-level skills in C#, .NET, Entity Framework, Angular, and SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.

• Significant experience in designing and developing multi-tenant SaaS applications, distributed systems, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.

• Profound knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, and secure, scalable application architecture.

• Advanced understanding of SQL optimization, data modeling, Redis, and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.

• Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile methodologies, and current DevOps practices.

• Experience with observability platforms and code quality tools such as SonarQube, Mend, Datadog, CloudWatch, or comparable tools.

• Practical experience using AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar coding assistants.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in English at the C1 level, both written and verbal.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS services such as ECS/Fargate, Lambda, SQS/SNS, S3, and RDS.

• Nice to have: Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CDK.

• Nice to have: Knowledge in GraphQL, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, Playwright, SmartBear TestComplete, monitoring platforms, LLMs, RAG, MCP, and AI-driven application architectures.
