This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create front-end applications utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• Construct full React applications and take advantage of new features in the React library
• Develop reusable class-based and functional components
• Implement component lifecycle methods, Context, Hooks, routing, and forms
• Connect applications with services via REST, GraphQL, and various APIs
• Style applications using CSS Modules, Styled Components, or alternative methods
• Build and deploy applications effectively
• Collaborate within Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
• Utilize Git/Gitflow for version control and engage in code review processes
• Oversee tasks using Azure DevOps and Jira
• HTML: expertise in responsive design, mobile-first strategies, semantic HTML, accessibility best practices, and performance optimization
• CSS: proficiency in responsive design, mobile-first strategies, best practices and conventions (such as BEM, SMACSS, etc.), preprocessors (like SASS/LESS, among others), optimization, and componentization
• JavaScript: knowledge of ECMAScript 5 and 6; adherence to best practices (including Design Patterns, Clean Code, etc.); familiarity with Web Components; understanding of object-oriented and functional programming; experience with bundlers and task runners (like webpack, grunt, gulp, etc.); and command-line interface (CLI) skills
• React: ability to develop complete applications using the latest React version and new library features; experience with class-based and functional components; understanding of component lifecycle; proficiency with Context (either native or through libraries such as Context API and Redux); usage of Hooks; component reuse; routing; forms; best practices; communication with services using REST, GraphQL, or other APIs; styling with CSS Modules, Styled Components, or other methods; and expertise in application build and deployment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban
• Knowledge of Git (Gitflow), version control, and code review practices
• Experience with activity management tools: Azure DevOps and Jira
• Desirable: experience with test-driven development; unit and integration testing; familiarity with testing libraries and tools such as Jest and Cypress; and knowledge of Micro Front-End (MFE) architecture
