Mid-Level DocuSign/CLM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist VIATEQ's primary contractor and government client as part of the CRM, Integration, and Platform Services team.

• Design, configure, develop, integrate, test, document, and maintain DocuSign functionalities.

• Set up eSignature and CLM templates, workflows, APIs, envelope routing, data mappings, webhooks, and agreement lifecycle integrations.

• Convert business, mission, security, accessibility, and operational requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Aid in platform architecture, backlog refinement, implementation planning, release readiness, and production transition tasks.

• Create reusable patterns, configuration standards, automation, documentation, and support processes.

• Resolve issues related to platform configuration, code, data, APIs, identity, security, performance, and user experience.

• Work collaboratively with cybersecurity, privacy, data, infrastructure, QA, and change management teams.

• Keep technical documentation, design decisions, implementation notes, test evidence, and operational runbooks up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Over 4 years of hands-on experience in platform development or integration.

• Practical experience with DocuSign implementation, configuration, development, integration, testing, or operations.

• Experience collaborating with Agile delivery teams and translating stakeholder requirements into sustainable technical solutions.

• Strong practical knowledge of DocuSign capabilities, implementation patterns, administration, development, integration, and lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with APIs, identity and access management, data handling, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and release coordination.

• Capability to document technical designs, configuration choices, operational procedures, test outcomes, and associated risks.

• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

• Preferred: DocuSign certification, CLM implementation training, Salesforce certification, API integration certification, or a similar platform credential.

• Preferred: Experience supporting federal government IT environments, Public Trust programs, or regulated enterprise delivery.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Section 508, cybersecurity, auditability, data protection, and operational documentation requirements.

• Preferred: Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure as code, or platform release automation.

• Preferred: Understanding of NIST controls, FISMA, FedRAMP-authorized services, audit evidence, and least privilege principles.

• Preferred: Experience enhancing platform governance, reuse, documentation, observability, and operational readiness.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Snowflake, data catalog, CRM, or enterprise integration ecosystems.
