Mid-level Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Propose, create, and execute comprehensive, robust, scalable, and high-performance machine learning models;

• Collaborate with business units to identify solutions through a holistic and systematic approach;

• Perform intricate analyses, deriving valuable insights that contribute to positive business outcomes;

• Develop and implement tracking and monitoring solutions to evaluate results;

• Enhance the processing of large datasets, ensuring both efficiency and accuracy;

• Mentor other data scientists, promoting a culture of continuous learning;

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to integrate data solutions across various company sectors;

• Keep abreast of the latest developments and technologies in data science and AI, applying them to enhance existing processes and models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in deriving value from data, ideally within Data Science/Big Data domains;

• Capability to evaluate the impact and return on investment of Machine Learning models;

• Proficiency in clearly articulating methodologies and outcomes to business stakeholders;

• Advanced understanding of Machine Learning algorithms;

• Strong background in statistics;

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team;

• Intermediate experience in data science (including master’s and PhD qualifications);

• Advanced and well-established expertise in Python and SQL.
