Mid-level Customer Success Consultant – Implementation, AI Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate onboarding and technical setup meetings for an embedded AI product, integrating with Meta's official API and partner platforms.

• Assist clients in a step-by-step manner to validate Meta Business Manager, confirm the WhatsApp number, and complete the initial AI configuration.

• Tailor the pace and language of support to match the digital proficiency of each dental clinic.

• Collaborate with internal Support, Product, and Development teams to resolve integration issues or make API adjustments.

• Monitor metrics such as deployment rate, average setup time, and implementation customer satisfaction (CSAT).

• Maintain internal documentation of integration procedures and troubleshooting guides, ensuring they are current.

• Deliver empathetic, close, and culturally aligned support that reflects Simples Dental's values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in configuring Meta's Official API, including the WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Meta Business Manager.

• Demonstrated ability to guide non-technical users through digital configuration processes.

• Understanding of technology, Webhooks/APIs integrations, and the SaaS ecosystem.

• Proficient with Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, and Sheets.

• Highly organized, with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.

• Nice to have: familiarity with messaging and ticketing platforms like Blip, Z-API, Intercom, Zendesk, and Umbler.

• Nice to have: experience with CRMs such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, and Salesforce, along with support workflow automation.

• Nice to have: prior experience in high-volume SaaS onboarding operations.

• Nice to have: knowledge of AI tools or scheduling bots.

• Nice to have: experience working remotely.
