Mid-Level Corporate and M&A Lawyer

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.

• Postgraduate degree in Corporate or Business Law.

• Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate advisory, contracts, real estate law, and M&A.

• Proficient in English, including a language assessment.

• Knowledge of French is a plus.

• Experience in managing strategic and complex transactions.

• Strong technical decision-making abilities.

• A critical and proactive approach to challenges.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and legal innovation.

• Capability to formulate legal solutions with a business-oriented outlook.

• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.
