This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
⢠Oversee federal and state regulatory mandates affecting the Individual Dental sector.
⢠Evaluate new and emerging regulatory requirements to assess their impact on operations, products, processes, and customers.
⢠Organize regulatory implementation tasks, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder involvement.
⢠Maintain documentation on regulatory assessments, implementation choices, compliance records, inventories, process documentation, and evidence repositories.
⢠Monitor the progress of implementations and escalate any associated risks, issues, or obstacles.
⢠Identify and assess regulatory risks while supporting mitigation strategies and corrective action plans.
⢠Track compliance-related risks, issues, remediation efforts, examination results, recommendations, and corrective actions until resolved.
⢠Assist in the governance and upkeep of Product Availability Grids and other regulatory reference documents.
⢠Ensure alignment between regulatory mandates, filed products, operational processes, and business documentation.
⢠Aid in audits, regulatory examinations, compliance assessments, and regulatory inquiries.
⢠Offer regulatory compliance advice and consultation to Individual Dental operations and business collaborators.
⢠Foster collaboration among Operations, Product, Compliance, Legal, Quality, Technology, and vendor teams.
⢠Identify enhancements in processes, workflows, controls, and documentation.
⢠Perform root cause analysis and suggest sustainable corrective actions.
⢠Assist in the development and implementation of compliance procedures and governance frameworks.
⢠Communicate regulatory risks, trends, and emerging issues to leadership and business partners.
⢠A Bachelor's Degree is required; equivalent experience may be accepted.
⢠A minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, healthcare operations, insurance operations, legal compliance, risk management, governance, audits, or related fields.
⢠Familiarity with federal and state regulatory requirements within healthcare, insurance, or other regulated sectors.
⢠Experience in supporting regulatory implementation, compliance initiatives, audits, examinations, or governance activities.
⢠Capability to coordinate intricate cross-functional projects and drive execution through matrixed organizations.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the skill to evaluate regulatory implications and operational risks.
⢠Experience in developing, maintaining, and managing compliance documentation and evidence.
⢠Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
⢠Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
⢠Experience with regulatory tracking, risk management, governance, or compliance management systems is preferred.
⢠Experience in healthcare, dental, insurance, or regulated industries is strongly preferred.
⢠Ability to work from home with a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
