Junior Immigration Lawyer – Partner Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Step in to provide certified legal advice or escalate cases when global mobility experts require assistance.

• Independently manage and oversee comprehensive immigration processes, including naturalization, permanent residency, EU Blue Card, D-Visa, family reunification, and other visa, residence, or work permit applications.

• Offer direct client support for case-specific legal inquiries and documentation.

• Manage communication and correspondence with immigration authorities.

• Proactively escalate cases if authorities fail to respond within required timelines.

• Review and verify applications and supporting documents to ensure compliance with German immigration law.

• Collaborate with an AI-based platform that automates routine tasks and prepares files for expert assessment.

• Work with global mobility and relocation specialists to guarantee a seamless client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer specializing in Immigration Law.

• Certified or formally eligible to provide immigration legal services in Germany.

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in immigration, administrative, or labor law.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken.

• Self-sufficient, dependable, and eager to gain experience in immigration law.

• Interested in legal technology and open to utilizing AI-driven tools.

• Must specify availability and maximum hours per week.
