This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee leads generated from various channels, partnerships, events, and collaborative initiatives.
• Execute a structured initial outreach process.
• Qualify and cultivate opportunities to progress them through the sales funnel.
• Conduct regular, thoroughly documented follow-ups.
• Assist in the daily operations of the Channels & SDR team.
• Address recurring operational requests from partners.
• Aid in channel activation efforts (events, webinars, campaigns).
• Act as the operational liaison between partners and internal teams.
• Maintain the CRM with complete and accurate information.
• Monitor opportunities until closure or disqualification.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure a consistent level of service quality.
• Prior experience in SDR, pre-sales, inside sales, or commercial support roles.
• Strong organizational abilities, disciplined follow-up, and effective prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a professional demeanor.
• Practical experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in English (to be evaluated during the interview).
• Solid grasp of sales funnel management methodologies and lead qualification processes.
• Capability to analyze pipeline data and create basic performance reports.
