Mid-level BI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and design datamarts following best practices;

• Assess company workflows and develop dashboards along with business KPIs/indicators;

• Responsible for creating dashboards utilizing tools such as Data Studio, Power BI, and similar platforms;

• Perform keyword research and analysis in alignment with client strategies (SEO);

• Map event tagging (dataLayer) and implement events via Google Tag Manager (GTM);

• Monitor and analyze data through Google Search Console;

• Set up and manage Google Analytics;

• Create and oversee e-commerce performance using Google PageSpeed Insights;

• Suggest enhancements and optimize dashboards for various devices (desktop, mobile, and tablet);

• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve client goals;

• Contribute to the development of policies and processes for data collection and analysis;

• Provide training on dashboard utilization and BI tools for internal and external clients;

• Aid in the creation and upkeep of unified data repositories (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and similar), participate in BI architecture initiatives, advanced data extraction and processing workflows, as well as projects involving predictive analytics, big data, customer cross-referencing, and comprehensive statistical analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing;

• Data Analytics (Analysis Strategy);

• Familiarity with BI tools and their programming languages (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and similar);

• Strong abilities in data, development, and implementation of KPIs;

• Proficient with the full Google stack (GTM, GSC, GA4, Google PageSpeed Insights, etc.);

• Experience with database tools (SQL, Oracle, and similar);

• Understanding of data storage architectures (On-Premises, Cloud);

• Knowledge of implementing automated processes;

• Previous experience in e-commerce;

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
