This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Create precise, comprehensive, and thorough user stories and business requirements for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SQL-savvy stakeholders to interpret, confirm, and enhance data and reporting requirements.
• Conduct research and analysis of data across diverse business systems.
• Work collaboratively across departments to grasp business implications and facilitate solution delivery.
• Analyze data to uncover critical business questions, trends, dependencies, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, grooming documentation, and detailed technical requirements.
• Partner with functional architects and development teams to provide high-quality BI and data solutions.
• Guide business users on alternative strategies or suggested solutions.
• Execute system configuration and administrative support tasks within SAP BusinessObjects and Tableau environments.
• Diagnose and identify the root causes of data quality issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Practical experience with SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, Databricks, or similar data analytics platforms.
• Strong technical capabilities in developing and executing complex SQL queries.
• Preferred experience with Python scripting and automation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling/analysis.
• 2–3 years of experience in Agile development methodologies preferred.
• Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Confluence.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
