Mid-level Attorney, Litigation & Arbitration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Involvement in a diverse array of civil and civil procedure issues, collaborating with key stakeholders, particularly in the real estate and financial industries;

• Preparing a wide range of court documents, legal memoranda, and advisory opinions;

• Engaging in hearings, conducting meetings with judges and appellate court judges, and presenting oral arguments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic civil litigation, encompassing regular preparation of various court documents and advisory tasks (memoranda, legal opinions), with a proactive approach and independence in managing a caseload (deadline management, client interactions, devising legal strategies, risk assessments);

• Postgraduate degree, LL.M., and/or specialization in relevant fields is advantageous;

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
