Mid-level Attorney – General Banking Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conducting litigation and providing advisory services on a range of active and passive banking law issues, safeguarding the interests of a financial institution.

• Composing legal opinions.

• Addressing consultations.

• Submitting pleadings.

• Monitoring cases.

• Preparing submissions for chambers and courts.

• Participating in hearings.

• Compiling reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full commitment to the position (no simultaneous engagements).

• Current registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association).

• At least 5 years of experience in banking law practice.

• Proactive approach.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Persistence.

• Comfort with cloud-based platforms and collaborative tools.
