Mid-Level AI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess Artificial Intelligence tools and solutions, including Generative AI, while considering technical feasibility, costs, risks, and alignment with business requirements.

• Aid in the planning, execution, and documentation of Proofs of Concept (POCs), helping to define success criteria and analyze results.

• Collaborate on the deployment and transition of AI solutions to production settings.

• Assist in the design of integrations, collection of technical requirements, and documentation of solutions.

• Implement best practices in security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI usage, while adhering to Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and internal policies.

• Assist in documenting guidelines, best practices, and lessons learned related to AI implementations.

• Partner with Technology, Information Security, Legal, Data, and Business teams to identify opportunities and facilitate AI initiatives.

• Track the performance and outcomes of deployed solutions, recognizing opportunities for ongoing enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Hands-on experience with cloud computing, particularly AWS.

• Familiarity with evaluating, testing, or implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions.

• Practical knowledge of or experience with Machine Learning, LLMs, and Generative AI.

• Experience in the planning and execution of Proofs of Concept (POCs).

• Understanding of the processes for transitioning AI solutions from experimental to production environments.

• Knowledge of systems architecture and application integration through APIs.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of data engineering.

• Awareness of AI Governance, Information Security, and data privacy concepts, including LGPD.

• Graduate degree, specialization, or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Cloud Computing.

• Familiarity with MLOps tools and deployment pipelines.

• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Generative AI techniques, such as RAG and fine-tuning.

• Experience in monitoring, evaluating the performance of, or optimizing AI solutions.

• Understanding of responsible AI, governance, and security frameworks and best practices.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
