Mid-level ABAP HR Developer – SAP HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Join a consultancy that specializes in SAP solutions.

• Develop and sustain ABAP programs for SAP HR/HCM.

• Implement improvements, fixes, and new functionalities in HR modules.

• Conduct technical analyses based on functional specifications.

• Engage in implementation projects, rollouts, and support initiatives.

• Perform unit testing and assist during client acceptance testing (UAT).

• Document technical solutions and best practices effectively.

• Collaborate with functional and business teams in Spanish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as an ABAP Developer in SAP HR/HCM environments.

• Background in payroll, benefits, personnel administration, or time management within SAP.

• Expertise in classic ABAP (reports, enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, interfaces).

• Experience in requirements analysis and the design of technical solutions.

• Proficiency in Spanish for effective communication in meetings and written correspondence with teams and clients.

• Availability to work as an independent contractor (PJ) and remotely.

• Prior experience in international projects or projects across Latin America.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 or integrations with other SAP modules.

• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).

• SAP certifications related to HCM/ABAP are preferred.
