This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate business challenges and assist in developing technology solutions to enhance health and human services outcomes.
• Work alongside business analysts to provide client recommendations that optimize business processes.
• Convert client business needs and technical specifications into straightforward, non-technical language.
• Analyze and document system requirements and business workflows.
• Create basic conceptual data and process models to assess potential impacts of system changes.
• Implement and analyze fundamental test case scenarios based on existing test plans.
• Engage in technical reviews and inspections with senior leadership.
• Cultivate technical skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Visio.
• Fundamental understanding of the software development life cycle, programming principles, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Eagerness to learn about configuration, development, and batch processing methodologies.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities for evaluating business needs, prioritizing bugs and defects, and facilitating process improvements.
• Strong oral and written communication skills suitable for a professional work environment.
• Interest in both technical and non-technical collaboration, business processes, process re-engineering, and Business Process Automation solutions.
• Ability to collaborate in a team setting while maintaining reference data, including tables, code sets, configuration data, and business rules.
• Familiarity with data management concepts and the support of accurate reference data updates under supervision.
• Foundational experience with Excel, SQL, ALM, or other requirements management tools gained through coursework, internships, projects, or employment.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn about data governance, compliance standards, and business process documentation.
• Video cameras are required during all interviews and the first week of orientation.
