This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Evaluate the existing IT landscape and create transformation roadmaps.
• Design and deploy Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager solutions for secure and scalable endpoint management.
• Create architecture diagrams, deployment strategies, and documentation aligned with FISMA, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP standards.
• Develop zero-touch deployment workflows utilizing provisioning tools such as Apple Business Manager.
• Configure and oversee Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, security baselines, and mobile application management.
• Integrate Intune with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint.
• Automate and tailor tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Ensure endpoint management solutions comply with federal cybersecurity regulations, including encryption, EDR, and MFA.
• Assist with security assessments, vulnerability management, and device remediation.
• Collaborate with federal IT teams and stakeholders.
• Offer technical leadership and act as the Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Intune and related technologies.
• Provide Tier 3 support for intricate issues within the Intune environment.
• Monitor and enhance the performance and health of the Intune platform.
• Over 8 years of IT experience, including more than 4 years in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune device compliance policies, configuration profiles, application management, and reporting.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, and Conditional Access.
• Capability to configure and manage endpoint security baselines, threat protection, and VPN policies for highly secure environments.
• Familiarity with FISMA, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, encryption, MFA, and data loss prevention.
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and task customization.
• Must possess a Public Trust clearance level.
