Microsoft Dynamics Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and create tailored solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of the MPP application.

• Effectively communicate information to C-level executives, public audiences, and boards of directors.

• Oversee batch jobs and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

• Monitor integrations and address any problems encountered.

• Implement Dynamics 365 solutions throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Utilize ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies.

• Collaborate across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules.

• Develop and launch business applications utilizing Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform.

• Work in partnership with clients and assist in their development activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of THREE (3) years of professional experience is required.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS Public Trust; an approved adjudication is necessary prior to onboarding.

• Active Public Trust or suitability is preferred.

• US Citizenship is contractually required.

• A minimum US-equivalent Bachelor's Degree is needed.

• Practical experience with D365 Customer Experience, Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, and Power Automate technical solutions.

• Familiarity with SaaS and/or PaaS environments is required.

• Hands-on experience with one or more D365/Dynamics CRM modules: Customer Engagement, Project Service Automation, Field Service, Sales, or Marketing.

• Experience in developing and deploying business applications using the Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform.

• Core competencies in C#, SQL, .NET, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

• Intermediate to advanced understanding of relational database concepts.

• Experience with the full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365.

• Knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies.

• Strong working knowledge of the entire MS BI Stack: SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Portals.

• Experience with Agile methodology is essential.

• Scribe experience is necessary.

• Experience with a Big 4 or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Microsoft Gold Partner is highly desirable.

• A BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.

• Prior experience with public sector clients is advantageous.

• Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology is a plus.
