Microsoft Dynamics Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead the architecture and development of solutions for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations.

• Conduct technical requirement strategy sessions and translate business goals into technical specifications.

• Create scalable Dataverse data models and align business processes with platform capabilities.

• Assess the balance between configuration and custom development for maintainability and performance optimization.

• Develop and customize solutions utilizing C# plugins, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Liquid Templates, and JavaScript.

• Oversee the solution lifecycle, including deployments and version control management.

• Establish and uphold security models within Dynamics 365.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems through Azure Functions, Service Bus, and SSIS/KingswaySoft.

• Create and maintain SSRS reports.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business strategies and are scalable for future needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

• Extensive experience with C#.NET for plugin and custom backend development.

• Comprehensive understanding of MS Dataverse architecture.

• Experience in creating automated workflows using Power Automate.

• Basic knowledge of KingswaySoft / SSIS for integration and data migration tasks.

• Practical experience with Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven), Power Pages, JavaScript, and Liquid Templates.

• Capability to analyze business needs and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

• A Secret Clearance is required.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Must possess U.S. work authorization that does not currently or will not in the future require visa sponsorship.
