This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee and facilitate comprehensive D365 F&SCM implementations, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Act as a functional subject matter expert for the Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Sourcing modules within D365.
• Perform business process analysis and convert requirements into functional design documents (FDDs).
• Configure D365 F&SCM modules to align with business requirements and adhere to Microsoft best practices.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to assist with customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which includes test planning, test case creation, defect triage, and resolution.
• Conduct end-user training, develop documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Offer post-go-live support and suggest ongoing improvements.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and data standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering insights on system capabilities and process optimization.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant.
• Direct experience with the Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Sourcing D365 F&SCM modules.
• Strong grasp of ERP business processes and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to convert complex business requirements into functional system designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
• Knowledge of tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven skills in presentation and demonstration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Competent documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of cross-functional teams.
• Client-focused approach with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain are highly preferred.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
• Background in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Relevant industry experience such as manufacturing, retail, public sector, energy, or financial services.
• Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency, or global implementations.
• Successful completion of a background investigation is required for U.S. employment offers.
