Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Become part of a worldwide initiative for the implementation and stabilization of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain insights into processes, challenges, and objectives.

• Conduct fit-to-standard and fit-gap analyses utilizing standard D365 F&SCM functionalities.

• Evaluate existing configurations and customizations to determine their continued necessity.

• Provide solution options, recommendations, alternatives, and trade-offs to stakeholders.

• Configure D365 F&SCM functionalities within designated modules.

• Assist in the implementation lifecycle from discovery to go-live and stabilization phases.

• Develop functional documentation including requirements, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Serve as the functional liaison between business and technical teams throughout design, build, testing, and deployment phases.

• Organize or conduct testing and create reusable regression and automation test cases, including those based on Playwright testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a D365 F&SCM or Dynamics AX Functional Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a comparable ERP functional role.

• Proven expertise in one or more D365 F&SCM modules or specific business process areas.

• Experience through various stages of D365 F&SCM implementations: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Familiarity with D365 F&SCM integrations, data entities, workflows, security, reporting, and batch processing.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts in straightforward business terms.

• A collaborative and approachable demeanor, comfortable in stakeholder workshops and technical design reviews.
