Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Participate in a worldwide initiative for the implementation and stabilization of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain insight into their processes, challenges, and objectives.

• Conduct fit-to-standard and fit-gap analyses utilizing the standard functionalities of D365 F&SCM.

• Evaluate current configurations and customizations to determine their ongoing necessity.

• Provide solution options, recommendations, alternatives, and trade-offs for stakeholders.

• Configure the D365 F&SCM functionality within designated modules.

• Support the implementation lifecycle, from the discovery phase through to go-live and stabilization.

• Develop functional documentation that includes requirements, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Serve as the functional liaison between business and technical teams throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment phases.

• Organize or conduct testing and create reusable regression and automation test cases, including those based on Playwright.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience as a D365 F&SCM or Dynamics AX Functional Analyst, Functional Consultant, or a comparable ERP functional role.

• Proven expertise in one or more modules or business process areas of D365 F&SCM.

• Experience across various phases of D365 F&SCM implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Proficient understanding of D365 F&SCM integrations, data entities, workflows, security measures, reporting, and batch processing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the skill to articulate complex concepts in straightforward business terms.

• A collaborative and personable demeanor, comfortable participating in stakeholder workshops and technical design reviews.
