Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for CRM solutions.

• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to align with client needs, emphasizing the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.

• Create thorough CRM documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

• Offer training and support to clients' end-users, ensuring a seamless transition to the new CRM system.

• Conduct quality assurance testing to confirm system functionality and ensure it meets client expectations.

• Assist with data migration and integration efforts as required.

• Keep up to date with the latest CRM and Microsoft technologies and share your insights with the team.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system, maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant.

• Proven expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, with a strong emphasis on Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.

• Experience in creating workflows using Power Automate.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills to understand and address each client's specific needs.

• Proficient in requirement gathering and documentation.

• Solid project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical and functional challenges.

• Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
