This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to meet business objectives.

• Create and sustain plugins, workflows, and custom code to enhance the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics.

• Execute system integration activities, including data migration and integration with external applications.

• Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of Microsoft Dynamics solutions to ensure they are reliable and scalable.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and Microsoft Dynamics developments to propose enhancements and upgrades.

• Work in collaboration with project managers to guarantee the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues while providing ongoing support to end-users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 6+ years

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM (Sales / FieldService)

• Familiarity with the following technologies: .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Optional experience with the following technologies: PowerPlatform, Flows.

• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking abilities

• Analytical skills for error identification.

• Effective communication with end users and development teams (SAP, CRM, 1st level support).
