This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the performance of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Purview, and various other Microsoft 365 services.

• Set up identity management, endpoint security, conditional access, information protection, and governance solutions.

• Create workflows and business solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio.

• Collaborate with business units to uncover automation, process enhancement, and collaboration possibilities.

• Diagnose intricate Microsoft 365 issues and propose effective solutions.

• Assist in enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

• Assess platform health, licensing, usage, and new Microsoft technologies.

• Suggest enhancements that promote reliability, security, and user engagement.

• Produce documentation, training materials, and standards for Microsoft 365 usage, security, and compliance.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A preferred three to five years of experience in Microsoft 365 systems administration.

• Experience in supporting Microsoft 365 within a financial institution or other regulated environments is preferred.

• Microsoft role-based certifications are preferred.

• Proficient in administering Microsoft 365, Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and workflow automation.

• Strong comprehension of cloud identity management, endpoint administration, cybersecurity, governance, and compliance best practices.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while managing enterprise systems.

• Competence in reviewing technical documentation, reports, dashboards, and system configurations that require close visual scrutiny.

• Skill in operating a computer and standard office equipment throughout the workday.
