This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead and oversee quarterly releases of Oracle HCM Cloud, which includes conducting impact assessments, enabling features, executing regression testing, coordinating UAT, and ensuring change readiness.
• Ensure prompt evaluation of Oracle's “What’s New” documentation and proactively strategize for upcoming enhancements related to Redwood, UX, and AI functionalities.
• Maintain system stability, performance, and data integrity within a highly configurable SaaS environment.
• Engage and monitor activity in Oracle’s Customer Community and Ideas Lab.
• Enable and configure Redwood features through Functional Setup Manager, profile options, and essential scheduled processes in accordance with Oracle’s future state design standards.
• Conduct comprehensive UAT with an emphasis on user experience, performance, accessibility, and adoption.
• Manage and supervise customizations of Redwood pages utilizing Visual Builder Studio (both Express and Advanced modes).
• Establish governance, deployment standards, version control, and practices that ensure upgrade-safe personalization.
• Deliver a contemporary, intuitive, AI-driven user experience while minimizing technical debt and custom modifications.
• Collaborate with the People Systems team to implement and manage Redwood-based Guided Journeys to enhance HR processes and improve the experiences of employees and managers.
• Own and administer Oracle Guided Learning, developing in-application guidance to support onboarding, change management, and ongoing adoption.
• Utilize analytics from Guided Learning to pinpoint adoption gaps and refine content.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with HRIS/Human Resources Capital Management Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of Redwood UX, Visual Builder Studio, and Oracle’s quarterly release schedule.
• Experience with Oracle Guided Learning, Guided Journeys, and digital adoption strategies.
• Understanding of security roles, data privacy regulations, and integration dependencies.
• Proven experience managing project teams and efficiently prioritizing multiple initiatives.
• Ability to establish governance, standards, and operational rhythms for system enhancements.
• Strong change management orientation with an emphasis on user adoption and experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong influencing skills to encourage innovation, challenge outdated practices, and perpetually enhance user experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading or influencing teams within a matrixed, cross-functional setting.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, data structures, and security frameworks within a cloud-based HCM environment.
• Proven analytical skills with the capacity to convert business requirements into effective system designs.
• Ability to manage several complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
