MES Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors

• Collaborate on project teams to facilitate the implementation of manufacturing software

• Engage in software development lifecycle tasks, encompassing programming, project management, software validation, and unit testing

• Maintain close interactions with clients, team members, vendors, and external stakeholders

• Conduct development or validation tasks for the OpsTrakker mobile application during non-client hours

• Travel to customer locations as necessary, generally ranging from 30–65% based on project and client requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of the software development life cycle with familiarity in stages such as gathering user requirements, developing software code, and executing test protocols

• Required experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Systems

• A bachelor's degree in a pertinent field such as Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration

• Experience in authoring and/or implementing MES software solutions such as POMS/POMSnet, Emerson Syncade, Korber PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, OpsCenter, or other MES tools utilized in Life Sciences

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong customer service orientation and collaboration skills

• High integrity and a solid work ethic

• Capacity to swiftly acquire multidisciplinary skills and concepts

• Robust problem-solving and analytical decision-making capabilities
