MES Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors

• Collaborate on project teams to facilitate the implementation of manufacturing software

• Engage in activities throughout the software development lifecycle, including programming, project management, software validation, and unit testing

• Maintain close interactions with clients, vendors, team members, and external stakeholders

• Execute development or validation tasks for the OpsTrakker mobile application when not engaged with clients

• Assess information to make informed project decisions

• Travel to client locations as necessary, typically ranging from 30–65% based on project and customer requirements

• Valid work authorization for the specified location

• Familiarity with the software development life cycle, including gathering user requirements, coding software, and/or executing test protocols

• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing systems

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration

• Experience with authoring and/or implementing MES software packages like POMS/POMSnet, Emerson Syncade, Körber PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, OpsCenter, or other life sciences MES tools

• Openness to career growth and receptiveness to feedback

• Capability to work remotely within Singapore

• Willingness to travel 30–65% based on client needs
