Merchant Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Increase sales by creating new business opportunities while enhancing relationships with current customers.

• Oversee and nurture trade accounts to boost loyalty and the value of long-term partnerships.

• Identify potential leads, negotiate commercial agreements, and transform opportunities into profitable ventures.

• Offer expert product guidance and customized solutions to clients within the construction and trade sectors.

• Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operational teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales role; field-based experience is preferred, but candidates with sales backgrounds from retail or key accounts are welcome.

• A solid understanding or genuine passion for our industry, including paint, coatings, construction, or a related field.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage your own sales territory effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in IT, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Possession of a full driving license and readiness to travel within the region.
