This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact between our merchants, the product teams, and the commerce platform intersport.de.
• Your goal is to enhance merchant satisfaction sustainably through exceptional processes and a smooth platform migration (INTERSPORT ONE).
• You will oversee the transition of existing applications into the new commerce platform framework, focusing on verticals such as Discover, Decide, Buy, and Fulfill.
• You will act as a business partner to the product teams, prioritizing and implementing new features centered around merchants.
• You will be accountable for the ongoing optimization of all services and processes related to merchants.
• You will define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and create meaningful reports on ticket KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• You will facilitate workshops with merchants and conduct interviews to incorporate practical requirements directly into platform development.
• You will ensure systematic communication with merchants and coordinate the launch of new features.
• Strong expertise in process management, project coordination, and collaboration with agile product teams in an e-commerce or platform setting.
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess support data and convert operational metrics into strategic enhancements.
• High level of empathy and robust communication skills when interacting with various stakeholders (merchants, technical teams, management).
• A self-directed work ethic with a passion for the ongoing development of digital platforms.
• Proficiency in German and at least B2 level in English.
