This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing of new business opportunities within your designated territory and sectors.
• Create and sustain a robust pipeline of opportunities through a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, referrals, and various sourcing strategies.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of the Kard platform and effectively convey our value proposition to potential clients.
• Conduct both virtual and in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with marketing and business decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise brands.
• Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Data, and Finance teams to enhance the sales process and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Keep precise CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasts, and reports in line with company protocols.
• Regularly meet and surpass individual sales objectives and performance metrics.
• Travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and corporate meetings.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• 4-7 years of experience in net-new business sales, particularly in digital advertising, media, MarTech, data, analytics, or comparable solutions.
• Preferred experience in digital performance media.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, building pipelines, closing new business, and exceeding quotas.
• Excellent prospecting, business development, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience managing intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• A collaborative, process-focused seller with strong territory management, forecasting, and CRM practices.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with card-linked offers, loyalty, fintech, or ad tech is advantageous.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, showcasing strong ownership, accountability, and adaptability.
• Ability to work 8 hours during core U.S. business hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Capacity to be on camera, free from distractions, and actively engaged during meetings.
