This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Take ownership of merchandise plans at the division, department, class, and style levels for the Collaborations segment.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising team to formulate sales, margin, and inventory strategies.
• Create and uphold style-specific sales, inventory, receipt, and demand plans.
• Manage financial reconciliation, open-to-buy processes, sales forecasts, and inventory predictions.
• Implement strategies to enhance assortment productivity, sales, gross margin, inventory turnover, and product availability.
• Ensure optimal in-stock levels and streamline inventory across Collaboration categories, channels, and product launches.
• Lead business recaps on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal basis.
• Deliver pre-season, in-season, and post-season trend analyses along with actionable insights.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to adjust forecasts, inventory allocations, and strategic approaches.
• Propose and execute strategies for pricing, markdowns, reorders, cancellations, and inventory transfers.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team on long-term and seasonal item-level forecasts.
• Support strategic initiatives for channels, including Amazon.
• Assist with channel-specific forecasts, inventory plans, product availability, launch preparedness, and replenishment suggestions.
• Aid in the execution of strategic channel assortments, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
• Track channel performance and provide thorough analysis, reporting, and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, DC Operations, and external channel partners.
• Contribute to the development of scalable planning reports, processes, and performance management routines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior planning experience, preferably in direct-to-consumer.
• Experience with Amazon and/or Wholesale is a plus.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in retail mathematics.
• Demonstrated success in merchandise forecasting, planning, and data analysis.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Capability to prioritize, influence, and make decisions across various organizational levels.
• Competence in utilizing sales financial data to inform decisions and enhance profitability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel and productivity applications, including PowerPoint and Word.
• Eagerness to learn and master new systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
