This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively formulate evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.
• Assist members facing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and occasional substance use disorders.
• Ensure accurate and prompt clinical documentation within the electronic medical record system.
• Coordinate care as necessary, fostering a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations and relevant state licensure requirements.
• Possess an active, unrestricted Oregon license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate; LPC Associates must reside in Oregon.
• Candidates living outside Oregon must hold an active, unrestricted license in their state of residence.
• Licenses must be verified by the appropriate State Licensing Board.
• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.
• Strong communication and clinical abilities with a focus on a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
• Proficient in using EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth technologies.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• Availability of a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and a reliable internet connection.
