Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively formulate evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist Members facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and occasionally substance use disorders.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic medical record system.

• Coordinate care as necessary and contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case discussions.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid and verifiable Illinois LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license, along with an active license in the state of residence if it differs from Illinois.

• All credentials must be confirmed through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Excellent communication and clinical skills with a focus on a person-centered, trauma-informed methodology.

• Proficiency with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth platforms.

• Capability to operate independently in a remote setting while demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
