Mental Health Therapist – LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop a caseload comprising youth, adults, or both demographics.

• Offer evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients aged 11–60 experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health challenges.

• Cultivate strong, supportive relationships with clients and establish a safe therapeutic atmosphere.

• Provide psychoeducation to the parents or caregivers of younger clients when applicable.

• Collaborate with families and community partners in delivering care.

• Manage recurring sessions according to your own schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials are required in the State of California.

• Only fully licensed clinicians are eligible; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians need not apply.

• Proven experience working with youth (ages 11–24), adults, or both in clinical or educational environments.

• Proficiency in telehealth services.

• Experience in delivering telehealth services is essential.

• A strong commitment to providing culturally responsive and equitable care.

• Availability for a minimum of 5 sessions each week.

• Willingness to work Monday through Sunday, from 8am to 8pm PT; weekends are optional.
