This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Deliver exceptional behavioral health care to adult clients through video consultations.
• Implement short-term, evidence-based therapies addressing stress, depression, anxiety, and various mental health issues.
• Create personalized mental health treatment plans and ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide care that is culturally responsive and demonstrates cultural competence.
• Foster and sustain robust therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Offer feedback-informed care utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Collaborate with a diverse clinical team in a client-focused setting.
• Engage in virtual sessions using telehealth platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
• LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD credential.
• Active license in the state of Washington.
• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling.
• Must possess a valid license in good standing with the relevant licensing board.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience post-licensure.
• Proficient in delivering short-term, evidence-based therapy to a diverse adult client population.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing culturally responsive and culturally competent care.
• Openness to delivering feedback-informed care using standardized measures.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• All clinical sessions must be conducted while physically present in the United States.
• Must have Mac OS Ventura or later, or Windows OS 10/11.
• Computer should have the latest security updates installed.
• Must operate an unmanaged device.
• iOS, Android, and ChromeOS are not supported as primary devices.
• Ability to communicate effectively through Zoom and Google Meet.
• Capable of occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds.
• Work remotely in a virtual environment.
• Practice evidence-based clinical methods within a collaborative clinical team.
