Mental Health Expert, Part-Time, Indonesian Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Engaging in roleplay of clinical scenarios with AI agents

• Conducting red teaming exercises

• Detecting behavioral edge cases

• Aiding in the accurate identification and response to psychological distress

• Creating psychometrics, rubrics, behavioral taxonomies, and evaluation methods

• Designing and testing scenarios for AI chat interactions

• Performing qualitative analysis of conversations

• Developing behavioral taxonomies, personas, and evaluation criteria

• Offering expert insights on internal mental health policies

• Collaborating with engineers and researchers on safety metrics

• Documenting edge cases and model failures

• Supporting testing and fine-tuning processes through structured scenarios

• Upholding strict confidentiality and quality assurance standards

• Participating in interdisciplinary review meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Indonesian

• Graduate-level education (past or present) in psychology, counseling, social work, psychiatry, or a related discipline

• Experience in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and dealing with severe psychopathology

• Familiarity with AI technologies and large language models (LLMs)

• Strong comprehension of ethics and confidentiality regulations

• Ability to work remotely and utilize Slack, LLM tools, and Microsoft Office

• Comfort with ambiguity and feedback-oriented tasks

• Readiness to sign non-disclosure agreements and handle sensitive material

• Availability for up to 10 hours per week and occasional scheduled meetings

• Completion of a relevant degree and/or licensure

• Over 5 years of experience in clinical crisis settings

• Experience working with youth and young adults in clinical contexts

• Background in roleplay, theater, or conversational design

• Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or behavioral data labeling

• Interest in AI, natural language processing, or machine learning within clinical environments

• Active participation in online communities (e.g., Discord, Reddit)
