This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) services, which include counseling, legal, financial, and nutritional assistance.
• Ensure proper alignment of clients with services and clinical professionals.
• Input client information into the electronic records system while managing incoming phone calls.
• Recognize crisis situations and perform risk assessments, facilitating transfers to specialists and providing safety planning when necessary.
• Address client complaints, challenges, and feedback concerning EFAP services and eligibility.
• Exceptional command of both English and French, in verbal and written forms.
• A university degree is preferred; however, a combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook) is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to listen attentively and maintain composure and empathy in high-pressure situations.
