Mental Health, Behavior Health Clinician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver telemedicine-based care for perinatal mood disorders to both pregnant and postpartum patients.

• Engage in one-on-one patient sessions, with potential plans for group therapy options in the future.

• Offer both live and asynchronous support to patients.

• Employ evidence-based methodologies that are proven to be safe and effective in the perinatal field.

• Leverage technology to enhance patient education and improve health outcomes.

• Develop systems and processes to ensure safe and effective care while increasing patient engagement.

• Join in intermittent phone and video discussions with Delfina Medical Group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 3 years of active patient care experience.

• Prior experience working in telemedicine is required.

• Availability for intermittent phone and video meetings with Delfina Medical Group.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Must possess unrestricted and independent authorization to work at Delfina; Delfina Medical Group does not sponsor or assist with U.S. work authorization.
