This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients in the premium segment.

• Conducting commercial negotiations at the decision-making level.

• Developing and implementing client growth strategies to achieve set sales targets.

• Actively analyzing the market and acquiring new clients.

• Monitoring client needs, analyzing competition, and identifying market trends.

• Reporting sales results and activities within the CRM system.


⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education (a technical or commercial background is an additional advantage).

• Valid Category B driver's license (a mandatory requirement).

• Willingness to work in the field and travel for business.

• Proficient computer skills (MS Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of the English language.

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, paint, or chemical sectors.

• Familiarity with the market for body and paint workshops, dealers, or automotive parts distributors.

• Documented sales successes.

• Understanding of B2B client purchasing processes.

• Experience with CRM systems and reporting results.

• Ability to prepare customized offers and sales presentations.

• Basic or advanced knowledge of paint technologies.

• Highly developed negotiation and communication skills.

• Capability to build and maintain partnership relationships with clients.
