This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals for government and non-government funding opportunities.
• Coordinate outreach efforts to both internal teams and external partners to collect necessary information for proposals.
• Aid in the development of content and proofreading of proposal materials.
• Manage the pipeline and timelines while tracking deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Act as a responsive point of contact for member inquiries, ensuring that issues and data are appropriately routed, and support broader operational and engagement activities.
• Assist in data management and update records in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Help track and report on membership activities, including extracting data and maintaining Excel-based dashboards for senior leadership reporting.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of tracking tools that highlight key metrics and trends for leadership.
• Facilitate scheduling, documentation, and follow-through on action items across team workstreams.
• Prepare summaries, briefings, and activity reports for senior leadership.
• Contribute to the reporting of team activities within the Business & Strategy focus areas.
• Adapt to other areas within the Business & Strategy portfolio as needs change.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience and certification.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in a nonprofit, health, or mission-driven organization.
• Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple simultaneous priorities and deadlines with little direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; a history of preparing materials for and communicating directly with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Good judgment and problem-solving capabilities; able to analyze situations and determine suitable actions without detailed guidance.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — especially Excel for tracking, reporting, and maintaining dashboards.
• Experience with CRM platforms or database systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
• A collaborative team-player attitude with the resilience and adaptability to increase effort during high-demand proposal seasons.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail; results-oriented with a dedication to quality and follow-through.
